There is a single line here, and whoever answers it is the person who would split your list into the half an aide may take and the half that cannot be.
What happens when you ring
There is no form on this site, because the first useful conversation is not a set of fields. You will be asked to say what needs doing, in whatever order it comes out.
Then it gets sorted in front of you. Some of the list an aide can take; some of it needs a nurse, a therapist or a hospice team, and you will be told which is which before anybody mentions a rate.

Aides attend whenever the household needs them, which is mostly outside the window below. These hours describe when a first enquiry will find somebody at a desk.
Before you ring, if you can
Have the list to hand, including the item you suspect is not covered. That one usually decides the shape of everything else.
Ring before it has been decided for you
Families who are halfway through working out the situation get far more out of a call than families who have already decided.
